One question.
What are you running for? Training for? Studying for? If you can answer at once, on any day, at any hour — that is what this practice builds. Three questions, about three minutes.
Already have the paper card? Copy what you wrote. The items are the same.
Your first card
Three questions, about three minutes. Your own words.
What are you doing this for?
Reasons come first; answers come second. One reason or three — but at least one of them for someone other than you.
If you don't know yet, that's fine. Write "don't know yet" and keep going. Reasons tend to show up while you are doing the thing, not while you are sitting and thinking about it.
One small thing, every day.
Ten minutes. Small enough to do on the day you don't feel like it. One thing only.
Small and daily beats big and once.

One minute, every Sunday
What did life ask of you this week?
Frankl turned the question around: not what do I want from life, but what is life asking of me. He also noticed that Sunday is the day the emptiness shows up most often. So Sunday is the day we ask. One minute is enough.

When it goes wrong
Which season is this?
A year has four seasons and so does a life. Nobody chooses the season; you choose what you do in it. Tap the one this is.
And this thing — can it be changed?

Everything is on this phone.
No account, no server with your answers on it. What you write lives in this browser's memory on this device. Clear the browser or change phones and it is gone — so save it to a file about once a month.
With whoever gave you the card: nothing to show, nothing to report. If you want to tell him what this month is for, tell him. That's all.
With your parents: they can see all of it. There is nothing secret on this card, and that is its strength.
Want to go deeper than the card? Write your north star — one hour, once.
